Hi, I’m Tony Fisher, a food and beverage executive with over 40 years of experience, and I’ve always dreamed of opening a family-owned restaurant and cafe. Now, with Fisher’s Delicatessen, that dream has come true. Inspired by my wife Andrea’s love for the iconic delis and diners of her childhood in New York, we wanted to bring a bit of that timeless charm to Las Vegas.

When we set out to find the perfect spot, we knew we wanted a place with deep community ties. That’s why we’re so proud to be revitalizing a neighborhood favorite, taking over where Weiss' Deli left off. Our goal is to continue serving the locals of Las Vegas with the same dedication and warmth while adding a fresh twist.

At Fisher’s Delicatessen, we’re more than just your go-to place for bagels, sandwiches, and a quick nosh. We’re creating a space where you can enjoy brunch, relax with friends, or simply grab your morning coffee – all while feeling like family. With a newly expanded coffee program, updated dining room (complete with WiFi and refurbished booths), and a few exciting updates coming soon, we’re here to offer a cozy yet vibrant New York deli experience in the Las Vegas valley..
